EARDH Conference 2025
To all European Association of Registered Dental Hygienists (EARDH) Members and future Members;
Yippee! Speakers and the speaker contracts for the 28th Conference are almost completed. Usually we are scouting around like maniacs at the last minute attempting to find dental specialists who are willing to present… for minimal compensation that is! We are proud to announce that we have commitments from speakers to include, the dream team of Dr. Farzan Pouranfar, Prosthodontist and Dr. Dona Taherizadegan, Pedodontist, and also Dr. David Dalling, Comprehensive Dentist. A Physical Therapist from the „Sport Barn“ will be keeping us awake and limber with Thai-Chi or the similar to loosen our tight neck and shoulder muscles! Nancy Barnes has secured two speakers to come and present to our group from the United States. More information will be coming as to the exact topics soon.

The Conference this year will be conducted at the LANDHOTEL RÖSSLE, in Stimpfach-Rechenberg, Germany on October 10 and 11, 2025, with a modern Conference Center on the Hotel Grounds. This is a very small town but very near Dinkelsbühl and Rothenburg. Please see their website for more information at: www.roessle-rechenberg.de There are hotel rooms reserved for the EARDH under the Code: EARDH until August 15, 2025. You can reserve a room by using the Hotel Reservation Form and sending it via E-Mail to: info@roessle-rechenberg.de A single Room including breakfast costs 124€ and this is a special price for the conference. Double occupancy room including breakfast costs 188€. Outside parking is free.
For those arriving by Train, you need to book through to CRAILSHEIM. From there you need to use a taxi to get to the Landhotel Rössle. The Hotel has a special deal worked out with the following Taxi Service (approx. 12€). Just call: Taxiunternehmen AKSOY in Crailsheim. Telephone number: 07951 81 81.
We hope to see many new members, along with our current members at this fun-filled and informative conference. If you know of an RDH that is new in your area, please inform them of the EARDH and see that they receive information about the conference. RDHs, Dentists, and other dental staff members are welcome to attend. It is important for them to be aware that conference Continuing Education Credits are awarded by the American Academy of Dental Hygiene (AADH).
The cost for the conference is 335.00€ for paid 2025 EARDH members and 395.00€ for the conference including the 2025 EARDH membership fee. The price for attendees not wishing to join the EARDH is 550.00€. These prices include all coffee breaks and the lunches on Friday and Saturday (all drinks at meals to be paid for by the attendee).
The Conference will begin on Friday, October 11, 2025 at 8:30 a.m. (Registration from 8-8:30 a.m.) and end on Saturday, October 12 at approximately 4 p.m. Deadline for registration, without having to pay a late registration charge, is August 15, 2025. (Price for Late Registration for the Conference and Membership after August 16, 2024 is 495,00€.)
